Nicole leads the Team at My Underpinning Structural Engineering with twenty seven (27) years in the structural engineering and foundation solutions sector, providing oversight, innovation and direction to the technical, operational, administrative, finance and structural teams.
With full responsibility for managing a high performing talented team together with all aspects of the business and a proven successful track record and long tenures with leading providers in the industry, her experience has earned her industry recognition as:-
- A finalist in the HIA Women’s Awards; and
- AIM Young Manager of the Year
Nicole is passionate, highly experienced, driven and highly-motivated with a custom-centrix view. With exceptional leadership she sets the vision and aligns the company, staff and clients to the values of the business. A rare mix of drive, vision and passion, Nicole provides the crucial point of difference in the industry – a genuine care of others.
Nicole’s previous roles working with other leading providers in the industry include:-

Nicole is part of the Australian Women In Construction Network supporting females in construction. When Nicole is not at work, she loves to relax at the pool or beach and go camping with her family.

Senior Engineer
Angelo heads up the Team at My Underpinning Structural Engineering with thirty (30) plus years in the structural and civil engineering sector, earning a high level of expertise in inspecting, reporting, designing and certifying underpinning for distressed properties.
With over 100,000 residential and small commercial foundation and structural designs, certifications and investigations throughout South-East Queensland, Angelo provides the leadership in forensic inspections and solutions for the underpinning of properties.
As a Civil/Structural Engineer and Consultant, Angelo has developed and managed contracts worldwide. As a contributing correspondent for the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) and the International Society for Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering (ISRM), he brings his worldwide experience to South-East Queensland.
